Purchased a new king size 11/18/@N.Cole store in Boise Id.Was delivered 11/26/found
a bunch of loose treads in a large area of mattress.Took pictures and called the store.Talked
to the same saleman {manager}that solded it and said I'd be in nexted day with pictures
Nexted day same manager write's up a new order for the same product to be delivered 12/7/
No show and no calls from them as they said they would call for delivery time.Tried to get in
touch with the same manager with all kinds of reason's why he was unavailable or return
calls.11/27/call one last time no manager againCalled A/E started dispute claim
