Its really a shame some customers try to bully and damage businesses unjustly I think any business would do the same We explained every reason for not refunding for the boxes of tile I am sorry the children did this but all boxes were opened and mixed up terribly The tile was scratched and obviously picked through We would have been glad to refund otherwise Even though we did not go out to the customers home an measure for the quantity they purchased The customer brought in their measurements and understood the quantity they were buying Normally we would not allow any refund based on that alone If we were installing the job and had been out to the home to measure then we would be more than happy to be responsible for our measurements if they were incorrect.We never went to the customers home to take these measurements Also the customer asked for a deeper discount than we normally extend because they are teachers or work with the ISD and we did grant them a significant discount.In addition we have allowed many returns in our business as it is our desire to see most customers happy with our business We take our business very personal because it provides jobs and supports many families When customers do this kind of stuff they are hurting many people when being unreasonable It is a shame
