I am rejecting this response because:*** *** is trying to represent his business as legitimately connected to Texas A&M UniversityHe is not; there is no affiliationI believe it is important the public understands he is misrepresenting his business and has acted in a very unprofessional mannerHe has borrowed money from my son, while tutoring him (over $3000) and now has a judgment against him because he would not pay it backHe also created a hostile atmosphere for my son as a result of this situation, which resulted in my son terminating his tutoring sessions and losing the remaining balance in his account*** is nothing more than a predator and is the most unprofessional tutoring service we have ever encounteredThis information should be shared so that students requiring tutoring know what he is capable of

This matter is being handled by the court.After receiving many threatening phone calls and text messages, Mr*** has been told not to contact me, or any member of Aggieland Tutoring, ever again. As far as this complaint is concerned, Aggieland Tutoring's website as well as our Terms and
Conditions clearly state that we do not offer refunds on packages or partially used packagesSee attached documentation.No request has ever been offered or received by Aggieland Tutoring from Mr*** pertaining to a refund of a packageSuch a request would have been responded to properly with the same explanation being given here.This complaint is just another effort, among many others, by Mr*** to attempt to cause/bring harm to Aggieland Tutoring and myself.I chose to stop doing business with *** *** due to his requests for my assistance in purchasing equipment and supplies for the manufacture of pipe bombsThis matter was reported to the FBI as well as the courtWith my full cooperationthe FBI is currently investigating *** *** and he, as well as his father, are considered possible threats to national security. I request that this complaint, as well as my response, be removed from public viewingI will forward this to the local police as well as to the FBI to aid in their investigation
