To whom it may concern, I am [redacted] for Aggies Bakery, the customer is correct that my staff did tell her they are unable to authorize a return on an order. What she didn't tell you is that she violently returned the cake to my [redacted] old retail service clerk. She pushed it with such...

force that our plastic tip jar that is attached to our register system fell to the ground and broke. I had to talk to both of my employees who only work on the weekends to see what happened, I then had to talk to the owner to see what he wanted to do about it. With the customer behaving as she did we decided to refund the money in full back to Square as she had also put a request for a return in through them. She did not once try to contact me directly at the bakery to discuss the matter. Her money would have been refunded much quicker through my online back office account but based on the route she took it has to go through them. It states that it is still pending through my square system which is the picture that I am attaching. I believe square says that it has 60 days to return the money to her, but I have done the best that I can to return her money. I am very sorry that she was unhappy with her cake, I am still not 100% sure of why it was wrong or what exactly happened, I was never able to see the cake because when she returned it, it was destroyed and had to be thrown away. As [redacted] I do my best to make sure my customers are happy, unfortunately not everyone who purchases from us will be, and she gave us no chance to really correct the situation. My staff have been informed on what they should be doing when something like this happens again.

If you look at the picture I attached to my last response you will see that I submitted for you to get a full refund. It says the funds will be held until the dispute is resolved by the CUSTOMERS bank. I no longer have your money as I have returned it to your dispute file. I am very sorry that you had this situation happen, again I have spoken to my staff. I was the NOT the manger that was called the day you were at the bakery... that was my cake manager who DOES NOT Have access to refund online orders. I had to see what the whole situation was before I could do any refunding, and you disputed it with the credit card company and filed a complaint with the Revdex.com without even attempting to talk to me. I hope that you get your money back from your bank soon.
