From my review of the correspondence sent to him by Quest it seems that his insurer ([redacted] denied payments for the laboratory services provided by [redacted]s. [redacted] requested for and received services for which he does not have insurance coverage. The invoice that he received and is angry about was not from A[redacted] Clinic; rather it was sent to him by [redacted]s. My office has tried without success to advise him regarding his course of action but due to his angry tirades on the phone we could not. He sent me an email that he was making a report to Revdex.com.
