I am rejecting this response because I was not provided any information regarding your stated business hours, nor an option for after hours service. Now, you are providing this option for an additional fee, which was not mentioned before, but agree to meet me at 4pm for service repairs for free. Honestly, I'm confused and feel as if you not only insulted my wife yesterday, but are now insulting my intelligence. If your hours are from 8am - 5pm, then why can you not make a 4:30pm appointment? Especially, after you told me the problem would be resolved in a matter of minutes, because the issue was more than likely related to the switch. I would like to see an office company policy letter signed by the owner, CEO, or Director of Operations indicating your hours and pledge for customer service excellence vsinsulting/bulling them.

to complete a non chargeable warranty item necessitates this nominal feeIt is simply to cover our cost, not to make a profitIf the homeowner is agreeable to meeting one of our technicians at PM to complete the service we would be more than happy to do so for no charge as it is within our warranty service hours
