Dear Revdex.comThanks for notifying about the complaintWe did receive the refund request from the customer on 15th March and the refund was initiated the same dayIt is unfortunate that the customer had to complaint even thoough the refund was initiated the same day and it usually takes 3-business days The reason for delay in response from our end is because we tried reaching customer several timesWe assume that the customer would have received the refund and we tried contacting the customer to confirm the same but without successAlso, We apologize to the customer for any inconvenience causedThe customer is free to contact us for any further clarificationWe always send a receipt to all customer to avoid any kind of confusionWe appreciate the role of Revdex.com since it really helps us improve our customer service and strengthen our quality checks Thanks and RegardsSupport Team
