I have been dealing with Agility Van Lines since when I first going to move from FL to GA, the owner of the company came to my house and he was very polite and explained everything that I need to know and look at my inventory to send me a quote, I was very satisfied with the procedure of him coming to my place in person and introduce himself as well gave the confidence about his company, the moving it didn't happen so I call him and put it on hold until I have the right date that never came out, So, now I was suppose to close in a house today 09/in Savannah, GA and contact Austin again because I did want to use him dealing with lender is not an easy thing, I have all my belongs in a storage unit and mentioned to him that my belongs are there and not going to be in the house anymore, the lender called me again and they cancel my closing date which was transfer to the 09/I call Austin again and schedule for the 09/for them to pick up and than the lender contact me again and canceled the closing date once again yesterday and I call Austin and decide not to move from Florida anymore, even though I hate Florida, Austin because it was to close to the pick up date they usually don't refund the money because my place on the truck was already reserved but he as nice as he is gave me the refund of the security deposit and when ever I need to move I will for sure have him on my phone and will call him again and will use him as my moving company

They were on time, courteous, and professional They picked up my order on Saturday in Pennsylvania and delivered it to Florida the following Wednesday They made it easy

Great move from Ga to Fl May 13th We submitted a detailed inventory and got a price about 1/the National MoversThey came on time and did a great job packing so well we left before they finishedJohn and CJ also did a good job navigating my very steep long drivewayThe delivery was on time and done well, we had a few heavy pieces to go upstairs and were pleased they were able to do itThe price was the same as qoated with no upcharges something I was worried about reading other company reviewsI would recommend anyone to use them

I was most pleased with company work ethics and customer serviceI worked with Vince in scheduling my move which included large itemsOne a Baby Grand and the other a 8ft Pool TableVince explained the most cost effective way to have the pool table packaged by having it done by a local companyThis really impressed me because it would've cost me more to have Agility package it for meThis shows the integrity and personal attention of the company and that he's not just trying to get a customer just to get oneI then later had the cancel my appointment and was impressed again at how I got my full deposit refunded in a matter of minutes of my requestI will definitely recommend/refer Agility of FLL and contact them again should I need their service in the future

Agility van lines makes everything run at a fast paceThis company is so efficient that it's fascinatingI hired them for my daughter's move last monthThe men were all very immaculately dressed and professional in attitudeThey started taking inventories, wrapping all her stuffs and carry them outside to load in their vansThe whole thing was running like clockworkI haven't seen such efficiency in a long timeTheir quote was very reasonable as wellMy daughter later informed me that all her stuffs traveled very well the long distanceI will definitely hire them again if need be

Beware of this companyMy wife spoke with a sales representative named ***He was nice and gave us a quote which was was excellentHe also told my wife the company owns their own trucksWhat he did not tell my wife is the company contracts with smaller moving companiesWe scheduled the movers to come on July 14-15thThey also said that a person would call to go over the list of items to packed days before the pick upThe person called my wife and did not go over the list of itemsMy wife pointed this out to this person, and that person told my wife another person in the company would do that during tomorrow's callI received a phone call from the company the next dayThe person told me that the movers would arrive on the 15th between and pmI asked this person about going through the list items to be packedThe person said another person would call to do that On the 15th, the driver calls me to say they were behind and would not be able to arrive until Then they called later to say it would be closer to They asked me if they could come tomorrow morning, but we made it was made clear to the company previously we had to be out of the house on the 15thThey arrived at 9:pmAfter the move, the mover goes through every item packedThe drivers charged us double than what the sales representative quoted my wifeHe tried to explain the cost in relation to the square foot and even said we had more "pieces" than what was listed from AgilityWe sold most of our large pieces of furniture because we were aware of the cost per cubic foot I was so upset I could not even speak to them I waited to call Agility for about a week because I was that angryI called ***, the sales representative, about the quote from the driversI explained to him that no one called my wife or I to go over the list of items we had packedHe says on their system a person named Austin spoke to my wifeThis never happenedI asked him if I could receive a partial refund for this egregious miscalculation in quotingHe referred me to [redacted] for this requestI asked him to have Austin person call meHe also referred me to a person named ***She was responsible for setting up the delivery dateI expressed my frustration about the over pricingShe, like ***, referred me to AustinPrior to our stuff being delivered I left a message for AustinHe has not called back yet Our stuff was delivered on the 11thLiterally every piece of furniture had a noticeably dent or scratch ***Three pieces were so bad we had to throw them away This is by far our worst customer services experienceNever use this companyI will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com

In the van lines industry the competition is stiff to say the leastAGILITY VANS LINES is a shinning star that I highly recommend you follow, they are extremely competitive on pricing but above all value honestymy experience with Agility showed they tell the truth and keep their word, Rick continually put my interests above his ownAgility is family owned and you can feel ittheir communication and attention to detail is excellent and I highly recommend them
