I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
At no time did Ken B. tell us verbally that there was a 72 hour cancellation policy and no where on the agreement that I signed (see attached) does it say anything about a 72 hour cancellation policy.  As you can see, it just says "refundable" and the dates are all written as the day we were there. I believe I am entitled to my $100 deposit back.  If this was the policy at that time, even though it was not clearly explained as such, Mr B. could have very easily returned one of the calls I made on several occasions and told me this fact. However, he chose not to return any of my multiple calls, which leads me to believe he is a scam artist.  And as I mentioned in my earlier complaint, most people probably let it go because it is a small amount of money but all that "refundable" deposit money can add up quickly for Mr. B.

Revdex.com spoke to Ken at business and the following was relayed: The consumer was told that the deposit was refundable if they did not want the vehicle within the first 72 hours, which complies with the 3 day right to cancel. After 72 hours there is no refund as the vehicle is taken off the market and...

held losing opportunity for other individuals to see and buy. The consumer attempted to find financing and only after 14 days did they return to state they could not find financing for the vehicle. There is no refund.
