the insurance stop for estimate 08/27/
we wait for the insurance in until 10/04/to approve the work
we do not have control of the time that insurance takes
she does not have rental car insurance
that's why when insurance approved she wanted it as soon as possible
but every repair has a process, after it was approved we started to work and we found more damage, so we call the insurance for supplement
the estimate was $3,after the supplement total was $4,
I felt so bad for her I paid car rented for her starting 10/18/
On 10/21/she left the rental car running outside her house on and somebody stole it
for which I had problems with the rental car company
on top of that she ask for discount for the deductible
after two days I finished the work
and she still complaint
