AGM Windows and Siding

I must say working with AGM Windows and Siding was an outstanding experience. [redacted] who came to our home to give us an estimate was very professional and extremely help in assisting us with window selection. I had other estimate but felt AGM was the right company for us. The installer, [redacted] and [redacted] were excellent and very courteous and did a super job with the installation of 25 window and 2 sliders. They left the job site very clean and were very knowledgeable and experienced with the product installation. I would strongly recommend them.

We needed new replacement windows, and a door for our home. We interviewed a few different companies and decided to give AGM the contract after meeting with the owner of the company( Paul ). The products they use seemed like good quality and Paul explained why they were good and also described what the install would be like. Everything was installed within a month after signing our contract and it went off without any glitches. The install team did a fantastic job and were all very nice. The windows and door look great. We had one small issue with a window a few months later and they came quickly and addressed it. That was reassuring. Geat service !!

AGM subcontracted the entire teardown and residing of my entire house. The job when finished looked good but over time parts started to come loose and fall off house, such as window mouldings, storm door and frame mouldings and crown mouldings. Contacted Owner of AGM Windows and Siding for help. I was told (by the owner) the crew that he subcontracted the siding job to no longer works for him. After a long discussion explaining the severity of the problem the owner of AGM told me he would look into fixing the problem. As the weeks pass, emails and phone calls go unanswered.
