Agnes & Dora fully understands when our Representatives decide to close their business to pursue other endeavorsWe want our Reps to find happiness wherever that may be! Once a Rep sends official written
notice of resignation, we give our Reps days to continue using our shop site and party site out of courtesyDuring this resignation period, they are welcome to use any remaining store credits that they may haveAgnes & Dora introduced a Rep Credit Incentive program this year to encourage a culture of quality team leadershipOn our end it shows that Rebecca had $available for use for days after at the time that she submitted her request to cancelIn our Policies and Procedures which were signed and agreed upon, Policy states the following, "A Representative whose business is cancelled for any reason will lose all Representative rights, benefits and privilegesThis includes but is not limited to, the right to represent yourself as an Agnes & Dora Representative, to purchase and sell Agnes & Dora products and services, the right to participate in any Company sponsored event(s), and the right to receive commissions bonuses, or other income resulting from his/her own sales and the sales and other activities of the Representative and the Representative's former down line sales organization."We hope that this provides further insight on the situationThank you

We are sorry to hear that this customer is not satisfied. Agnes & Dora is a brand that empowers individuals by giving them the opportunity to develop a business as an Independent Representative. Our Representatives sign and agree to our Policies and Procedures which provide insight on how to...

handle returns. Per Policy 30, "Agnes and Dora requires that each Representative handle the product returns/exchanges of his/her customers. It is the responsibility of the selling Representative to issue any refund, exchange, or credit to his/her customer as the Representative determines appropriate after considering all of the circumstances..."If our Representatives receive an item that is classified as damaged or defective, they follow a procedure once they have quality checked their items. We want to make sure quality and service are key components within the business transactions. Furthermore, if a Representative does not take care of their customer properly, we are more than happy to offer solutions which are facilitated by one of our Representatives as we cannot issue credits to customers. For any future situations, we ask that customers work with the Representative that they purchased from or a local Representative that can also reach out to us.  Kindest Regards, Agnes & Dora Headquarters
