Revdex.com On Thursday March 3rd this customer called wanting to schedule a glass blowing workshopI have an administrative assistant that schedules all of the workshops so I asked him if he could email my assistant so she could assist him in getting registered, our phone call was cut off so I called him back at which point he informed me that he had indeed hung up on me and wanted his money back We are more then happy to refund him his money as long as it was purchased through us on our website or in our art gallery and require proof if purchase with receipt from paypal, gallery and voucher, if purchased through a third party such as living social groupon or amazon local he will have to get the refund through themHe also texted me this message later in the evening: Revdex.com complaint filed, offered to speak to press I want a refund immediately Next step is standing out front and talking to your potential customers and posting on social media, Yelp etcso, your choice- keep your attitude and lose more customers or give me our 89$ back.Our response:Hi [redacted] *.please send us a copy of your receipt for the glassblowing workshop gift certificate and we will gladly give you your money back however if you purchased through a third-party for example LivingSocial or Groupon you will have to get your refund from them look forward to hearing from you and thank you and have a wonderful evening.We have not received any reply however after reviewing our records we did not sell any workshops on 12/20/so perhaps this was a third party purchase.Thank youAgnes of Glass Studio & Gallery
