Review: I called Agnew's 5/14/15 to have our riding lawn mower picked up and repaired. The lady handling the scheduling was extremely rude and condescending. We hung up and to my understanding, they were unable to continue the process until I got back to them with more information about my lawn owner. This was fine, because I had no intention on doing business with them because of how rude the lady was. A few days go by and I get home and realize they already picked up the lawn mower from my husband who apparently was unaware of how adamant I was about not going with them. This was May20th. They charged him **dollars to pick up the lawn mower when they originally said it was **dollars. So a few days go by with no communication. To let us know that they received the lawn mower and to give us an estimated time as to when they would repair it and return it. I call to confirm that they received it and again the lady was extremely rude to me. 2 weeks go by again with no communication so I phone again. She stated that they didn't get to it yet. 2 more weeks go by, at this time it's been a month, again with no phone call from them. I call again, and they did not get to it yet. 3 more weeks go by and they finally call my husband and said it was the battery and it will cost [redacted] dollars to repair it. They wanted my husband to get back to them for the go-ahead on the repairs. A day goes by while we mull it over. And the same lady called my husband, again being extremely rude saying, "well are you going ahead with the repair or not!" He went ahead and agreed to have it repaired. By this time we have already spent [redacted] to have someone cut our lawn while Agnew's held onto ours for 2 months. We finally get it back 7/15/15 and one side of the blade is tilted so far down that is began to bring up dirt as my husband tried to cut the grass. Also there are two wires hanged down from the engine and it doesn't look safe. The law mower sound worse now than before they "worked" on it. This experience has been extremely frustrating.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of the pick up & delivery (** dollars) and labor (** dollars) totaling [redacted].**.
