If I could give a negative star rating I would haveThe sale of my parents home has been a nightmareThe home was listed and under contract quicklyThey were told that everything was going smoothly and suggested to go ahead with the moving of belongingsIt has now been weeks since the date of the FIRST closing that my elderly parents have been living in a home with no furniture and sleeping on an air mattressThere has been no updates, no communication and has definitely NOT been a smooth transaction as advertised on their websiteExcuses are plentiful with this company as wellThe most recent excuse is from K*** P***, the closing coordinatorShe is having computer and phone problems but assures that as soon as financing calls her, she will let us know statusIf you have no phone how will you receive a call back I'd like to know? It is unfortunate but no surprise that this company is not accredited with the Revdex.comIf they were, I can assure you filing a complaint would be my utmost priorityI will be reviewing on other avenues however in hopes to help any other future sellers to avoid this nightmare
