To whom it may concern, We are in receipt of the complaint initiated belowIt is our goal to consistently provide superior service and customer’s comments are very important to usWe appreciate your patience, during our review of this matter Room supplier: [redacted] [redacted] Case Summary: [redacted] September 2017, Los Angeles (CA), United States - Customer complained on hotel’s room condition during check in and requested to check out without chargesCustomer advise that they handed over the keys and checked out on * September 2017, before PM and advise to check with travel agency regarding refund as the hotel had not charged yetNo promise of refund was given by hotel to provide a free cancellation- We had contacted the property and was informed different informationThe property advise us that the customer had checked out on * September 2017, PM and not on * September The property does not allow any refund of the booking as wellWe had done a further check and would comment that the customer [redacted] is a guest of our partner, Qunar who made this reservation on the customer’s behalfThe issue highlighted to our partner by the customer had been resolved via our partner’s offer of resolution for CNY / USD equivalent credits and the guest had accepted itThe credits were effectively issued since ** September (+GMT) We thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter and it has been successfully resolved Regards, Agoda Customer Satisfaction Department

At this time, I have been contacted directly by AGODA.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: they have claimed no responsibility and have gone against their in writing company policy and cannot refund my moneyThey told me to go through my credit card company and the hotel directlyI am now working on thatAgoda.com was no help at all, despite weekly phone calls and emails In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

  Case Summary: * September 2017, Los Angeles (CA), United States -         Customer complained on hotel’s room condition during check in and requested to check out without charges. Customer advise that they handed over the keys and checked out on * September 2017, before 4.50 PM and advise to check with travel agency regarding refund as the hotel had not charged yet. No promise of refund was given by hotel to provide a free cancellation. -         We had contacted the property and was informed different information. The property advise us that the customer had checked out on * September 2017, 3 PM and not on * September 2017. The property does not allow any refund of the booking as well. We had done a further check and would comment that the customer [redacted] is a guest of our partner, Qunar who made this reservation on the customer’s behalf. The issue highlighted to our partner by the customer had been resolved via our partner’s offer of resolution for CNY 50.00 / USD 7.54 equivalent credits and the guest had accepted it. The credits were effectively issued since ** September 2017 (+8 GMT)  We thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter and it has been successfully resolved.   Regards, Agoda Customer Satisfaction Department

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by AGODA.com regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I did email the customer service agent I had been working with to let them know that I had submitted the case, and at that time they offered a small refund "if you welling to drop...

the case from Revdex.com."  This not only is not resolving the case as requested, but is seemingly asking me to accept a small bribe to avoid the Revdex.com from investigating them.  In addition to this, I just recently noticed the roughly one dollar validation charge they use for "security" to confirm credit cards are active, was never canceled or reimbursed on my account. I highly recommend a thorough investigation of agoda.com's charging practices by the Revdex.com, and highly recommend all customers avoid using them.Sincerely,[redacted]
