Leased at this property ended the lease amicably signed and early lease termination all fees where paid
Since I had relocated I had the lights turned
off as they where in my name noticed I had a charge of 2700 a month later leasing office secretary said it was because we turned off the lights now it is preventing me from leasing
My chief of complaint is service failures and lack of follow up. I have E-mailed on several occassions list of maintenance requests, and days available for staff to preform tasks. The staff either 1. Never submitted request 2. Took a month to get the problems fixed 3. Only fixed 1/3 of issues presented. When a resident says that they have a door hanging off hinges and my lease shows we have children our safety should be their upmost importance. I have multiple e-mails to prove lack of communication. When I asked for managers name and contact info I was ignored. I have called Watkins Reality Services to report ongoing issues with property in which there was no follow up there either. My family and I pay a decent amount to live here yet receive terrible living conditions. Also, amenities that we pay for are next to impossible to access. The gym code is being changed every few weeks with no notice to residents, again when requesting code via e-mail it was ignored. Also, trash compactor (that regularly has mass amounts of maggots everywhere) was recently installed directly in front of the two seat swing set that is considered the kids play area; unless you call the rusty bars in the back that is awaiting a law suite. Overall terrible management!
Finish the job I would like the people to be held accountable and do as their job entails. I want office staff to get off their phones or prohibit their personal issues being brought into office where we have to wait on them to conclude. Agora needs to understand and realize we pay their salaries, and need to be treated accordingly not vice versa.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you have faced at Agora at Port Richey and have looked to improve our communication methods between the office and maintenance teams.
Currently, you have been emailing our assistant manager directly with any questions and maintenance requests. For work order requests, we recommend calling our main phone line or emailing us directly at ***@agoraportrichey.com with the subject line "Maintenance Request" and your apartment number. This way, your email will not go unanswered if the assistant manager is out of the office for a while.
According to our records, all the work orders that were submitted for your apartment have been completed and a new air-conditioning system was installed on August 1, 2018.
Regarding the gym code change, yes, the gym code has been changed twice. It had not been changed in many years and we have had a couple of incidents where non-residents were gaining access to the fitness center and/or smoking marijuana or sleeping in there. No, we have not sent out notices to the whole property since we are not sure who is sharing the door code to the wrong people, and that not everyone uses the gym. However, there is a dated notice posted on the door to the gym that the code has been changed and to come to the office to obtain the new code. We are trying to keep gym use limited to those who live here and are actively using it. If there is a continued problem in the future, the gym code will once again be changed. Please understand that this action is not intended to frustrate our residents but to keep those who do not live here out.
The trash compactor is cleaned on a regular basis by our maintenance team, but it is a trash compactor. There will be times where the area may not smell the best; especially during the hot summer months. The addition of this compactor last year is a great improvement over the 18 garbage dumpsters that were previously located all over the property. Now, the garbage is centrally located in one spot and is easier to maintain.
The swing set seats were inspected and the replacement seats have been on backorder from the supplier. In the meantime, the seat that will be replaced will be removed.
We are glad to have you as a resident at Agora at Port Richey. We respect each resident and try our hardest to keep our community at its best. All we ask in return is that our residents give us an opportunity to correct any problems they find before they make reports to outside sources.
