Review: My daughteer [redacted] registered for this school for 12th grade. there was an issue with the paper work. we filled it out and got it back to them asap. I was told over the phone that because my daughter filled out half of a page and I filled out the other half that caused part of a delay in processing along with some other issues in turn has caused her to not get to start on 2/10/2014. my daughter is trying to better herself , get her life together and finish highschool. I was advised to call administration department and speak to a [redacted]. I called 3 times left messages. my sister called once and left a message. until this day I still have not received a return call. apparently they have no compassion and concern about my daughter. this is truely upsetting to myself as well as my daughter who now is about to give up all together which I DID NOT want to happen!Desired Settlement: we would like a return phone call, resolution of this matter and my daughter to get into the program this semester to get her GED and get her life on track.
