Fraudulent Misrepresentation of Product
On December 19, , we purchased a storage unit from Thompson Buildings which was represented to me as a Garage Package Shed I paid extra for the garage package because it was represented to me that you could drive a car up in it and it would hold the weight($6,086.44) We bought the building as it was represented to us, and we disclosed to them not once, but twice, that we intended to use it for tool boxes and other garage-type purposes The day after they delivered the Garage Package Shed, my husband went to put his tool box in and the floor bowed so badly that the entire tool box fell over If someone had been standing there, it would of badly hurt them or quite possibly killed them I took pictures
