They actually do good workThe problem is dealing with the office once you decide to use themGetting them to actually do the work involved phone callsKept promising to send me a quote and then they wouldn't, incomplete portions of the quote (changed the price on that), re-requesting the quote after they sent the wrong quote twice, and finally the estimator called me to schedule the jobHis guy showed the next day and spoke very very little EnglishThen stated that he couldn't fix my ceiling even though I was told by the estimator that he could match the existing textureWhen the estimator called me, he said that he doesn't have the brush for this texture (he assured me when he sold me the job it wasn't an issue)Now he'll try to match, if it doesn't work then they'll have to sand the whole ceiling and either texture it or make it flatBasically the cost would go up if this happenedSo the estimator drove around to find the texture brush, by chance my son's Godfather had the same brushThank God for family saving my pocket bookAlvarado does a great job if you can handle the run around and the hassleHonestly I'd find someone else to do the job
