I went to them to get faux locs installed in my hair. When I spoke to them over the phone beforehand they assured me they were experts and this would be a protective style. They burnt every loc on my hair which in turn burnt through the added hair down to my actual hair. They kept saying they could fix it but when I have them the chance the manager hid in the back and the issue was never really resolved. How can you resolve burning someone's hair. They then offered to renraid my hair but at that point I was not comfortable letting them do so since my hair was now damaged. And they refused to give me a refund.

Refund I would like them to adjust their procedures going forward so they don't damage anyone else hair and I would like a refund so I can find somewhere that can actually help me regrow my hair.
came into the salon and received "Faux Locs." She called and requested an adjustment, which we did the following day. Her adjustment took less than 30 minutes, in which, I was in the office handling paperwork, not hiding,
We never talked about, "protective style," this salon does not believe, in the use of that terminology or concept. Our protective styling is; hair and scalp analysis prior to service, information on care of hair while wearing styles and removal options. The best defense is an informative client.
***, then sent a picture, supposing to illustrate, where "loc" was burned. We agreed to meet in the *** parking lot for me to see with my eyes. At meeting, *** identified another, location on her head, not the one in photo sent. I asked if I could smell her hair, because burned unwashed hair will still smell burned. I told her, I smelled nothing and if her hair was truly burned, because of the sheer weight of the added hair, it would have fell off. It did not.
*** and I met a second time in *** parking lot. This time she had all her hair braided up with exception of 1 piece of hair in top center of her head. Which clearly was not burned.
We offered many options including redoing in another style. All options were refused and we closed this issue. Since there was no evidence of anything done wrong while receiving service from Agou Hair Braiding.
