We are somewhat confused - her exchange is scheduled for this Tuesday, 10-3-17. According to our salesman, she was very understanding when she came in. Looking at what she wants, she has picked out the model that will work best for her based on what is available. Part of the description for what she is looking for is just not made. Recliners, power recliners, power love seats, power sofas will have a gap. Plain and simple. The base and the back ship separated and then are connected. The gap may vary slightly between models and manufacturers, but will be there as she saw when she picked out the replacement chair. Again, understanding that the loveseat she purchased originally was purchased sight unseen, this chair that she is exchanging with has been examined by the customer, and she chose to proceed with getting it
