We have been in contact with Mr*** and Mrs*** and are sending out new parts. The unit is from and under a year warranty. I have parts on their way to them and waiting for their response to the tightness of the fit In talking with our customer it was
determined the bag seemed too tight and so we are sending some replacement tubes as well to see if this is causing the issue. We will solve their issues and satisfy Mr& Mrs***. *** ***Customer Care ManagerAgri-Fab Inc.*** *** ***
