ordered a tractor seat for my l 3000 Kubota tractor. described as a fit for my tractor. did fit my tractor, has a very low back and is very narrow. could have went to home depot and got a lawn mower seat and it would have been the same thing. will not buy again from agri supply. guess you get what you pay for. price was very good but now I know the reason why.

I got a pto shaft from them and one end wasn't right. They had changed suppliers or something in between when I ordered and when it was shipped so I got a slightly different shaft. I called around 8:00 at night, expecting to leave a message that it wasn't the right part. Surprisingly, someone answered. They figured out the issue and shipped me a new one the next day. They had fed ex pick up the other one from my house so I didn't have to hassle with returning it. I was impressed. No company is perfect but they dealt with the issue in a very quick and professional manner. I will be going back.

I went to Agri supply in statesboro as I normally do and bought some hubs and bearing. And told them I needed two spendail nuts and washers they said they will be in the bearing kit bag. I got home and the nuts were not there so I went back the next day and found the nut and washer and pin in a bag so I got two of the they tried to charge me 15 dollars a piece for them. They told me those go with the spendail when you buy a spendail. That I would have to buy them separate so we found the nuts but no washers they said I would just have to get a washer out of the bin. I guess they don't know those washers are different. They had the washers nut and pin in that bag and would sell it to me. I stopped by tractor supply they said no problem here you go. I buy stuff from Agri supply all year long. But no more
