truck was rebuilt properly with quality parts. Our warranty is as always, any part bought from us and installed by us is covered 100% parts and labor for 1 full year. This issue is 14months past warranty, even so, considering the roddent problem under the hood in the engine bay, is probably a cause for injector failure? This was the issue before, mice love wiring. Why were we not consulted? We would still diagnose the problem at no charge, please understand, powerstrokes are all we do, we understand them most completely, its impossible to solve a problem if we are not consulted, thank, you

I did consult them via email and never heard a response from them. The truck hasn't been anywhere else for motor issues and I never said anything about wiring or rodent problems so I'm not sure where they are getting this information. I should have reported them when we first picked up the truck as they didn't have authority to work on the truck until we knew exactly what was going on. Rather they had the truck for over a month and even though I contacted them several times while it was in their care they always had a reason for not knowing what exactly was going on and then at the end we end up with a huge bill! We should have let them just keep the truck as it wasn't worth the amount of money that we put into it. We will not ever be doing business with them in the future as we took it to them in the first place as they said they could fix the issue. We will be taking it to some one else to identify the problem. Also when we took the truck back a second time they informed us that they only replaced half of the injectors the first time and then when I took one out on the way back from our vacation there was no way that it could have been a new one that went out so of course nothing was covered and again we paid almost $4000 in repairs and were without a truck for another 2 weeks. When the truck is looked at this time I will know for sure if there were in fact all new injectors put in when they said. Just very disappointed in the amount of time, money, and effort put into a truck that we were told would be solid for another 150,000.

Steve you should look on your website when it says how to contact you via email. It's amazing how you listed everything on our sheet informing us what was wrong but then your employee couldn't call us for several week because he didn't have our number. As we indicated when we first came to your business that we wanted to see what the problem was and then figure out what we could afford to fix. Then after I called time and time again to get an update and then get a run around response as to they weren't sure what all was wrong with the heads as the employee indicated he would call the friday before the 4th and never did. Then all of a sudden he miraculously finds our number to inform us of a 13,000 bill. I should have let you keep the truck at that point because we didn't give the authority to fix it.
We will never be doing business again with them and are going to be selling the truck.

Im confused, Ms [redacted] claimed she consulted with AgrI-Tech Industial via Email, where did she obtain our Email address from? We do not list it on our advertising and with the bulk of Emails that come in daily, it would be easy to miss. We offer an 800#, why wouldnt a person with a problem call? One Email? We have a signed work order by Ms [redacted], and it states about all the problems with the 6.0 engine. Also, it tells about the bad injectors, mismatched heads, FICM plugs that were broken, turbo vanes that were damaged, compression gas in the coolent,also the problem with the wiring and the time spent fixing the damaged wiring. All I can say, with this kind of a problem, why wouldnt she call? How can anyone expect a problem solved without any knowledge that there is a problem? One Email, one supposed Email in 14months? We have 4 phone lines, an 800#, and the mail? Something is wrong here, I would like to know the real truth, Steve
