Hello *** *** First of all I apologize, as you know we sold you a special order item that was not on our website so I was struggling to find the charge for that aitem as it was processed manually after your original order so as a result it was not included on your original invoiceThe
product was not even in our systemSecondly I see that the tape in question was indeed included in your original shipment, however the mistake was that the tape that we had custom made for you was cut 48" long instead of 48' longI'm sure you received that tape although you do not make any mention of itPlease note that this is a complicated issue (item not on original order, non-stock item, custom made and special ordered) that it has taken a day for everyone to get back to me on this issue and hence a conclusion to the investigation has taken just over a day to completeNow that we have found the charge and have figured out what went wrong with the order, we have just given you a refund at your requestThank you for your patience***
