I used Natural Way West lawn chemical service for a few yearsI decided not to use them this year and contracted and prepaid with another providerNatural Way West came out to my house and did a fertilizer treatment anyway and then billed me for itThey said that they automatically renew all of their customers every year whether they want the service or not
I said that I never agreed to any type of auto-renew for their service and never provided informed consent to renew the service every yearThey said it did not matter
Now they bill me and harass me constantly over paying for this one serviceThey add $for every month I do not payWhen I was a new customer, they sent an email warning me to ensure that I cancel with my previous fertilizer provider because some services auto-renew every yearThey never said that THEY auto-renew every year thoughThey clearly do not want their customers to know that they do this
I never agreed to an ongoing year-over-year contractI
So extremely expensive, with little or no improvement Pay for service and everyt ime they apply, notes are left with issues they find in the lawn/trees I have paid them to treat what they are finding Money pitFind someone else!!
I have been a customer with this company for more than two years and had lawn care and tree and shrub service with them In past one year two of my trees died and one oak tree is half dead Contacted the company and one of their unprofessional, rude so called manager showed up and blamed my driveway construction ( that happened just a week ago) the cause of the injury and death of the trees I will not recommend or give any good ratings to this business and will definitely spread the word so other people blood sweat money won’t go in waste

Very disappointed with the customer service department while trying to resolve a billing dispute After coming to an agreement, a letter threatening collection was sent instead of being sent an invoice with the agreed to amount Additionally, this coming forces you into auto renewal vs providing customers a choice to be on auto renewal or not We were very loyal customers who always paid our bill on time and were treated extremely poorly when disputing a final bill that was incorrect I would not recommend this company There are plenty of other good lawn care companies in southeast Michigan
