[redacted]Re:[redacted]On the matter of 3000 vs 3850 oil change interval in the owner's manual, you are correct. I did not write in down correctly. You have asked about oil leaks and no evidence in the driveway, I believe you had some kind of failure that caused an oil loss just before your car broke down. As to paperwork from the dealership all I have to go on is what they told us on the phone. I still stand by out decision not to offer any compensation, as your car traveled 4,643 miles since the last oil change before the engine failed. If it had no oil in it when it left our shop as you are claiming, it could not go that far.
