This issue has been resolved

I am rejecting this response because: I have been dealing with my bank since December 2016; because no one at Agua Caliente Casino would give me the name of the Director of Cage and Credit - until July 2, I was told to "talk to your bank" by EVERY Agua Caliente Casino Cage Supervisor before 07/02/ I kept requesting my bank to re-investigate until I was told in July that I would have to direct all future requests for my $1,to the MERCHANT The Director of Cage and Credit for Agua Caliente Casino did NOT tell me about the Gaming Commission complaint process until AFTER I filed my complaint with the Revdex.comI received the letter from Joe Micciche (Director of Cage & Credit for Agua Caliente Casino) on Thursday, August 3, upon my return from the hospitalThe letter, dated 07/27/17, included a Patron Dispute Evaluation form for the Agua Caliente Gaming CommissionI am completing this Dispute form and will send it to the Agua Caliente Gaming Commisdion; as well as sending a copy of all documents related to this failure to dispense me my $1,000.00, to the Attorney General I did NOT refuse to do this process- I was not informed of this dispute process until I received the form on Sugust 3,

Miriam Carmona, In respond to ID 12296103, the Tribe believes the issue, which occurred in December 2016 and was recently brought to its attention in July 2017, has already been resolved.  The patron disagrees.  The Tribe directed the patron to the patron dispute resolution process...

administered by the tribal regulatory agency, the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission.  The patron refuses to participate in the dispute resolution process which the Tribe is required by its Compact to administer regarding these types of claims.  Thank you,Beverly Nedderman Executive Administrative Assistant
