Water softener is not producing soft water. The touchscreen is non responsive. I can't get the dealer to call me back to schedule service.
I was sold a Hague Water Max softener unit on March 11, 2018. Paid in full. Thursday July 19,2018 we had no soft water. I called Matt Benetti at 1-866-782-0277, left a message. I called on July 20th, 2018, left a message. Called on July 23, 2018 I called and left a message. No response.
To call me back and set up service to the unit. To replace the touch screen controller since it is not responsive. The system is under warranty. To honor his commitment. We paid $6300.00 for a system that right now is not working. Either come and repair or refund our $6300.00 and take your system out.
