Aguilar went out today,Wednesday 7/19/17 and rem/res vent w flapper and rem/repel shingles w/ correct color.

Roof never leaked.Original estimate called for 6 each 12" square attic vents.Thats what was previously on roof.After roof installation customer requested a vent for bath...

exhaust fan with a flapper.I told him it would cost additional since it wasn't on estimate.He got upset,cursed at me and threatened to sue me.Its not an expensive fix,I'll go out and remove turtle vent and install vent with flapper  at no cost.Been in business since 1977and I've never had a complaint against my business,I hope to continue satisfying my customers.Thank you,Lee.
