The customer is requesting a refund of $175.00, however this is a fair payment as the agreed services were rendered in March The agreed one-time clean up services were to: mow and edge the lawn in the front and backyard, blow leaves and yard debris. The customer maintains that pruning was included in the initial agreementHowever, this was only discussed after the agreement was made, the day when I was nearly finished with the agreed workWhen I had finished the agreed work, I intended to collect payment and to discuss the additional fees for the pruning, but the customer was no longer at the propertyI subsequently called to set a time to pick up the paymentWhen I arrived at the agreed time, I was met with a note claiming the customer had to leave her houseI stopped by in person a few days later, and the customer claimed she was unable to payShe asked that I return on April firstAt this time the customer also asked about finishing pruning, and I reminded her that pruning was an additional feeAt this time no additional agreements were madeWhen I returned on April first, the customer made the payment of $She continued to ask about the additional work, and I reiterated the additional costsDue to the difficulty and time of collecting the payment, I was reluctant to have her hire me for any additional work. Our family business has been in continual operation for years serving homes and families with a commitment to providing honest and thorough serviceI reject any allegation that I misrepresented my services, or that I made any avaricious attempt to collect money that I have not justly earned through my manual labor. If you require any additional details or if you have any questions please feel free to call or write.Sincerely, [redacted] Owner/Operator

The payment made by the customer expresses that the customer acknowledges that the services were rendered and complete to the customer's satisfactionTherefore, I maintain that a refund is not due

Consumer states: That is not true, We originally agree to pruning the from yard. Part of the agreement was to maintenance front/back yard each week. He wouldn't call me, he just kept popping up. I asked him can I pay you april the 3rd and he said yes. I will leave it under the flower pot cash. He came to pick up payment I had arrived at that time and I asked about the pruning he said I will do it in a few days. I called in a few days his wife answered said he was gone for a month on vacation or something. I responded he was to prune the bushes and keep the yard maintenance up, he didn't do that. His wife said okay I will get someone to there, and I never received a call back. I called daily caused I needed to get this yard done. He gave me a false business license also. I'am still requesting to be refunded.

The customer is requesting a refund of $175.00, however this is a fair payment as the agreed services were rendered in March 2017. The agreed one-time clean up services were to: mow and edge the lawn in the front and backyard, blow leaves and yard debris. The customer maintains that pruning was...

included in the initial agreement. However, this was only discussed after the agreement was made, the day when I was nearly finished with the agreed work. When I had finished the agreed work, I intended to collect payment and to discuss the additional fees for the pruning, but the customer was no longer at the property. I subsequently called to set a time to pick up the payment. When I arrived at the agreed time, I was met with a note claiming the customer had to leave her house. I stopped by in person a few days later, and the customer claimed she was unable to pay. She asked that I return on April first. At this time the customer also asked about finishing pruning, and I reminded her that pruning was an additional fee. At this time no additional agreements were made. When I returned on April first, the customer made the payment of $175. She continued to ask about the additional work, and I reiterated the additional costs. Due to the difficulty and time of collecting the payment, I was reluctant to have her hire me for any additional work. Our family business has been in continual operation for 30 years serving homes and families with a commitment to providing honest and thorough service. I reject any allegation that I misrepresented my services, or that I made any avaricious attempt to collect money that I have not justly earned through my manual labor. If you require any additional details or if you have any questions please feel free to call or write.Sincerely,[redacted]Owner/Operator
