OF AGUIRRE APPLIANCE REPAIR WAS REFERRED BY LG ELECTRONICS AS ONE OF THE PREFERRED TECHNICIANS THAT CARRY THE ORIGINAL LG PARTS FOR MY WASHER. I CALLED HIM ON 1/14/20 & SCHEDULED TO DIAGNOSE/REPAIR MY LG WASHING MACHINE. HE SAID THE PART IS $65 AND DIAGNOSTIC FEE IS $75 BUT IF I DECIDE TO PERFORM THE REPAIRS, $75 WILL GO TOWARDS THE ENTIRE COST OF PARTS AND LABOR. HE PRICED IT OUT AT $280. I AGREED WITH THE REDUCED CHARGE OF $240 FOR A 50 MINUTE JOB. ISSUED HIM A CHECK AND HE LEFT. HOWEVER, UPON CLEANING THE DEBRIS HE LEFT ON THE FLOORING, I NOTICED THE CRACKED TOP CONTROL PANEL AND THE SCRATCHES. CALLED HIM TO RETURN TO MY UNIT TO CHECK IT OUT AND INITIALLY, HE LIED SAYING HE DIDN'T DAMAGE MY LG WASHER CONTROL PANEL AND I INSISTED THAT I CLEANED BOTH THE WASHER AND DRYER PRIOR HIS ARRIVAL AND MY WASHER WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION AND I TOLD HIM TO STOP LYING TO ME. HE THEN PROMISED TO REPLACE THE PANEL AND SAID THE PART MIGHT NOT BE AVAILABLE. I CALLED LG AND THEY HAVE THE ORIG PART THAT COST AROUND $158++. *** DID NOT ISSUE ME A RECEIPT FOR MY PAYMENT AND SAID HE RUN OUT OF INVOICE/RECEIPT. DUE TO THE DAMAGES HE CAUSED TO MY WASHER CONTROL PANEL, I CALLED BOFA AND REQUESTED TO STOP PAY THE CHECK. CALLED AND ADVISED *** THAT I STOPPED PAID THE CHECK AND I SAID I WILL REISSUE A CHECK ONCE HE REPLACES THE DAMAGED CONTROL PANEL. *** DID NOT AGREE AND HE THEN SAID HE WILL JUST REMOVE THE INSTALLED DRAIN PUMP AND GO BACK TO MY PLACE. LATER IN THE PM, I CALLED *** TO CHECK HIS FINAL DECISION TO RESOLVE MY REQUEST, HE SAID HE WILL TAKE ME TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

customer was verbally abuse toward technician , calling technician ***.

customer paid with a check, which later cancel the check.

a technician does not make 10-20 scratches on face cover/plastic cover. those way too many scratches , if you have pictures you will see that those scratches are old scratches. customer has pets in her condo.

I have read the entire response and it is quite disgusting that this Contractor, ***, have lied on all of his allegations and fabricated stories that are not true. The truth of the matter was he left without saying anything that he scratched and damaged the front panel. Prior disassembling my front load washer, he never brought to my attention about those scratches.

Scratches on the front panel were freshly damaged by *** and he broke the plastic part upon disassembling the washer. He did not disclose to me the damage until I started cleaning up the mess he left around and noticed immediately the damages. I called his phone and notified him to go back to my unit and to look at the damages. I was upset and told him those scratches were not there before his arrival. He denied and said he didn't do it but when I insisted to him that those scratches were not there, he then said he will replace it and will check if the part is available.

He is a pathological liar and he should replace the damaged front panel that he destroyed and he should not overcharge me with by simply replacing the drain pump. Quoted me at $140, then increased it as soon as he got to my place.

Thank you.

Company was contacted by *** as part of our extended warranty service to repair LG refrigerator. Was charged $75.00 for initial consult but when they returned(late) to perform the service claimed that *** never contacted them, we would have to pay full price($400) , and then when *** tried to call them they refused to answer. Tech packed up his stuff and left while Home Dept was trying to contact his company and said he could use that part for another repair job. Meanwhile my family is stuck without food for a longer period of time and out $75.00 for nothing.

Good morning,a*** appliance repair received a call from customer inquiring about service for his/her Lg refrigerator. we advised the customer that a*** appliance repair charge $75.00 for the diagnostics of refrigerator. also advised customer that the $75.00 dollars would be applied towards the repair if estimate was approved. customer agreed to pay for the repair, when the technician went to install parts, customer told technician that he had insurance on the refrigerator, which he did not mention when he called for service until parts were order, and technician return to the install parts. he expected technician to do repair based in his service policy. we cant provide service until we verify with insurance co. and receive the customer information. there for we did not do the repair.if customer would have advised us from the fist time he called inquiring service that he had purchase a service policy, we would have advised customer to call insurance co. for the insurance to crate a claim number for service, but customer did not call insurance co. Sincerely,Raul a

What you are leaving out is the fact that the insurance provider did contact you to let you know it was covered by insurance and then when technician came to do repair he refused to talk to provider, who was on the phone at the time, the home office did not answer the phone when provider tried to contact supervisor, and tech continued to ask for payment even though he was informed no payment would be made due to the insurance coverage.

I found Aquirre appliance repair on LG recommended technician list, because I had a problem with my LG refrigerator. Technician came, charged $65 service call fee plus additional $55, total $120, but did not fix anything and said that he needed to order some parts, it was on 01/10/2018. Two weeks later I called this technician and he said that he received parts and he will come on 02/09/2018 from 8 to 12 in the morning. He did not come and did not call. Later that day I called him again and he said that he will come next day from 8 to 10 in the morning, he did not show up and did not call. I called him again and he said he will come at 11 am. He did not come. My understanding is that he is a liar and commits fraught by charging for service, but doing nothing.
