[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received, your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Revdex.com, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintDear [redacted] Thank you for trying to mediate my complaint against A&H Turf and Specialties.I have read the response and will let you decide if it is appropriate, professional and customer service orientated.I would like to once again state my complaint more clearly, so everyone understands.I, in good faith, ordered online a product from this company The description page was nice, and I wanted to proceed with the purchase This page did not state that the product was not in stock and would have to be back ordered The checkout page did not state the product was out of stock and would be back ordered Many companies run out of products, but they help the customer to make a good purchasing decision by advising them at checkout I had no problem with my credit card being charged immediately, with the assumption that my our order would be proceed and shipped within a reasonable time.My issue is simple, if a company cannot stay in stock, why is it the consumers obligation to support their poor in-stock conditions? I would have been quite happy to wait the so called to weeks they said it would take to get the item in stock, if I knew when I placed my order But not pay for their poor management of inventory Whether they state so or not They should wait until the product ships like so many other companies THATS MY COMPLAINT As for all of my emails were responded to in a timely manner, I forwarded my emails to you concerning my complaint after receiving the email that my order was backordered The email invites me to reply, which I did on September 8th at 3:pm I challenge MrA [redacted] to provide his response to this email.This company had several opportunities to reach out to me and try to help, including after I contacted you Most customer service orientated companies would have cherished the opportunity to make an unhappy customer happy Most companies welcome and encourage customer comments and suggestions My order was cancelled (without my suggestion or involvement) this is fine with me Finally, I would suggest you google complaints about this company and see that I am not the only customer who has complained about this issue.Lets call this done however, I will not accept the companies responseSo please post my issue so other will know how this company treats its online customersPaul

This is not going to happen , Amerock as a corporation informed me they jumped thru loops for this consumer, we simply distribute the hardware

It states in our terms and conditions (which must be acknowledged to procede through check out) that the card will be charged imedieately and it also states that back orders may take a bit of timeAll his e-mails were responded to in a timely manner so saying that no one responded is totally falseWe have cancled his order and credited him the full amount of $All this could have been avoided had he actually taken a few moments and actually read our terms and conditions when checking out.Best RegardsKen A***

actually most sites when you pay by credit card charge your card, otherwise if it was shipped and your card was denied more issues ariseInventory comes and goes quickly here and yes, we do run outIt may have been in stock but someone beat you to itWe have no problem with crediting your cardI

Review: Ordered on their website and the item I wanted was in stock and would ship in one week. Got an email saying the item was on back order and would take 3 to 4 weeks. My credit card was charged. I thought they would charge my card when it shipped, like most compainies. Not a reliable- honest way to do business. I sent an email but no one responded.Desired Settlement: Overnight my order quickly

Review: I purchased landscape lighting from A&H Turf and Specialties on 11/15/2012. I was a bit reluctant to go with a web based copmany but was comofrtable in the lifetime warranty. Well, a problem went wrong and one of the lights, Alliance Lighting BL200-LED, stopped working. I reached out to them and they said they don't sell it anymore and that it's only under a 90 day warranty and to call the manufacturer.After dealing with the manufacturer, who had me take the covers off and examine the light bulbs, the problem we found is that they sold me the wrong prodect - they sold me the 12V version MR16 - NOT the LED that shows on my receipt...and they refuse to take any corrective action.Product purchased: BL200-LED - $107.91 each - 2 ordered so $215.82Desired Settlement: I asked for them to either refund or replace the lights - they sold me 2 BL200-LED lights that are not the "LED" version that I purchased, as shown on receipt.

I have been buying from A&H Turf for 30 years. I actually know the owner and his late father very well. He told me about the Revdex.com rating by a customer. I can only tell you folks that I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with A&H over the last 30 years and have never in one time had a issue.I have bought Wood Planers ,Hand Tools,Power Tools, Lumber and Blum hardware as well as hundreds of other items. This is a very solid company. You can ask me for invoices or anything you would like to boast about A&H they are great!

Ordered drawer slides for a project of mine. Made contact first with the company to ensure all hardware is included in the items I was buying. Received confirmation that hardware was included. Received shipment without hardware. Now being told that I will need to order and pay for the hardware. That's not the way it is suppose to work. Probably last purchase as they are not interested in honoring their commitment.
