Review: The individual who I had signed a conteact with ([redacted]), to service my plumbing needs for a new housing construction, does not want to work anymore to finish his promised job. I have been trying to contact [redacted] for the last year over various platforms and to no avail. He either stalls, does not pick up his phone, or refuses communication altogether. Per our contract, I had paid for all of the services he had executed completely. I still owe him a portion of the total quote, but as he is unable to be reached for about one year now and is unwilling to finish the job, I have no obligiation, and am furthermore, reluctant to pay him the rest for work that will never get done. In addition to his missing status, I had to hire another plumber to quote me for fixes and damages that [redacted] had done.
