"Received their AHA100 gift catalog yesterday and tried to order an item listed online....online price was different, called about it and was told that the listing was an error. I was offered a "peace offering" discount which amounted to nothing. After purchasing 4-5 big ticket items in 2016 I was less than pleased with the whole "error" story, I spoke with customer service supervisor, Neil, and informed him that I would happily pay full retail for the item I wanted but that I would be doing it with another business and would not be visiting AHA Life again! Very poor customer service!"

While in [redacted] in FL I was approached outside one of 3 AHALIFE shops on the same street under different names. He drew me and my 8 year old daughter into the store for free tea. Before I knew it he had lotion on my hand and was doing a hard core salesman job on me. I finally left the store with a salt lotion mixture that softens hands at 25% of the price I was originally offered. A day later I had buyers remorse and returned to the store with receipt to return the unopened container. I was told there are no refunds on discounted items. Which I of course was never told. I was upset!!! I let her know that I would deal with consumer reports and my bank to which she said calm down. I will return your money. Just like that. I now receive a ton of sale and ad emails from the company who literally wont let you unsubscribe. You click on the link and..... nothing. There are so many other company whom offers similar products. Please steer clear and avoid several hassles! So shaddy!!!

Review: I have been having problems ever since I signed up I log in my account and went to my check out I saw almost worth of stuff for more than $400. dollers. I already have contacted them but this company I have nothing to do anymore, this is my third attept and I am fed up. What is going on someone is in my accountI want the $25. in cash and what I wanted that was suppose to be in my cart was Nobody's Baby Lip Conditioner, and Pansy nail polish. As an internet based retailer, we occasionally experience technical issues. In this case, our system was adding items to customer shopping bags. This was a short lived issue and was corrected quickly by our engineering team. In that time this customer had additional items placed into her shopping bag. A member of our team removed all extra items and conducted a few tests to insure this did not happen again. Due to this trouble, a store credit of $30 has been provided to the customer ($20.00 extended from a promotion that expired on August [redacted] and an additional $10.00 for her inconvenience).

Review: I purchased the firefly vaporizer. Their website says "For a limited time, every Firefly vaporizer comes with an extra battery and a package of Firefly’s new stainless steel concentrate pads.". I called on to find out when it was being delivered because I did not receive a confirmation shipping email. I also asked if the extra battery is coming with the package or separate. The woman said they are not offering that anymore, and said she would refund my money. I said I would like them to honor what they are selling and she said they won't. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said she is the one I would talk to. Also, she said she will look into it and email me back, which never happened.

I ordered it on 8/**. I did a screen shot as of yesterday from their website. When you type firefly vaporizer into google, it comes up as the top ad. It is still offering the free battery as of today 9**. I also checked [redacted] and my credit card and I do not have any pending credits.Desired Settlement: I would like for everything to be delivered as advertised.

Review: I placed an order on 11/**/15 for multiple items. One of the packages was supposedly left at my doorstep, however that package was not delivered to me. Customer service refuses to help, stating that all they can do is contact [redacted].

With my remaining packages they have been stating for days now that they will be shipping "soon", however the items are still processing and many of the companies have not shipped or even bothered creating labels for the items to start the shipping process. One of the items is in New York and has been "pre-shipment" since 11/**/15. With others the tracking updates show no acceptance by the carrier and no movement.

AHALife gave me a $15 credit as a recovery for my issues which is a slap in the face considering I have dropped nearly $400 dollars on this website this month alone!

I currently have a very expensive bag pending for my husband for Christmas. I am concerned because Customer Service is beyond apathetic -- they do not care about finding a resolution or making their customers happy.Desired Settlement: I would like the laptop bag that I have paid for to be shipped out to me ASAP.

I have given up on recovering the package that was supposedly delivered. I would like a refund of the cost of the items.

The other packages (Brickell's Mens products, Kura Lifestyle, VidaGlow) have yet to ship -- which is insane considering it has been almost two weeks and some of these were meant to be birthday gifts for the end of this month. I am 100% sure that they will not arrive on time. I would like a refund for the items that have not made it to me in full.

I do NOT want a refund for the leather laptop bag. Again, I would like this bag sent to me as it is a Christmas gift and I would appreciate receiving it before the holidays.

On 09/**/2013 I received a refund of $7.95; I did not see this until today 09/**/2013 as I, again, received NO communication from AHAlife. I saw this when I went online to my checking account. On 09/** I actually received an email asking if I wanted to "refill" on my INCORRECT order! The ONE correspondence detailing my INCORRECT order stated, "We apologize for the mistake regarding your order. The correct

set of three olives is being shipped to you right away." The date was 08/**; I FINALLY received my refund on 09/**; my ORIGINAL order was dated 08/**. I hope that this still shows as a complaint against the site as this was such a long & drawn-out transaction. Thank You for your assistance.
