Customer service worthy of a criminal investigation. I have already wasted too much of my time on this company so will not waste more here. Major problems with online service (does not send confirmation email of order, or shipping) and deletes apartment numbers for address; major problems with shipper (do not include contact information); major problems with refunds (promises to refund, then does not and only includes refunds for product and not shipments); major problems with customer care (no one ever picks up the phone, and respond to emails 50% of the time). I was a loyal customer and went to great lengths to get their products, but I cannot warn potential customers enough about dealing with this company.
