Review: I had called MG Billing US Corp and cancelled my membership on 4/7/15. I was sent a confirmation Email from the rep I talked to stating that it was cancelled and that I still could access the website till 5/3/15. On 5/3/15 when my account should have cancelled hey billed my credit card for the full amount instead. I chatted with a rep (she stated she was a manager) on 5/13/15 about the charge and was very rude and told me I could dispute it with my credit card but she is sure it wont go through. I left the chat and called and again the rep told me she too was a manger and that the other rep had put a credit back on my card. How ever I don't believe they did because the first rep said it would be a dispute that would be denied. This is the 3rd time I have had to contact them to cancel this same account.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and for them to cancel my account with them.
