I am rejecting this response because:I contacted Revdex.com because I hoped that this would push then along in there process of the claim I filed almost a year ago! ARS doesn't pride themselves on excellent customer service, if they did they wouldn't have let such a liable man to there company into my home an allowed him to destroy so much of my personal property an they have tried denying it an even accused me, how is that great customer service? ARS is still trying to wiggle there way out of it, even last week, asking for pictures from the outside crack.. hello? its buried 10ft below... they keep prolonging this an dragging it out.. its been almost year... admit the fault, get it over with, apologize for the horrible job you guys did you my backyard that still needs done by the way! pay up so I can fix it properly! ITS TIME TO PAY UP, STOP WASTING TIME! I need things fixed before they come more of a problem! ARS an its insurance has had more then enough time to settle this. TIME TO SETTLE! I wanna be done with ARS for good!next step is taking it to ABC 6 on your side an putting it out there on the news if this isn't settled extremely soon!Ive had enough!
