Our service ticket indicated the washer did not have power and we checked it did not washI returned with a part and it started to cycle but still not work property then the customer said it had a power surge or hit by lightningI check the circuit board with my meter and explained it needed another part that would cost an additional $but she refused and asked for a refundI explained I cannot refund for labor but did officer credit for future service
I was notified for service to a fridge and was told the customer's grandson had been swinging on the doorI checked and explained the hinges were loose and ordered them from the manufacturerAfter replacing the hinges the customer complained about the fridge not cooling properly and I explained that may be separate from the hinges
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had told the business when he first came out about the door seal. He had stated to me, my daughter and to my granddaughter in law that he was ordering the parts and would be in contact with me. It had taken the company in the complaint two weeks to even come back out or contact me about the status on my parts. When he finally contacted me back he said that they were waiting on one more part. When the company finally came out and put thw door henges on he stuffed piecea of cardboard im the door seal to fix it. The mention about the door seal was done when the gentleman originally came out to look at the damage. Sincerely, [redacted]

12/28/2017 This is her granddaughter. She is not here now; let me try to reach her on the other phone. No luck; I'll take your # and let her know you called.1-02-2018 Thanks for calling. I got this worked out with my bank as they gave me my money back I had paid this guy on my credit card. Then, another repair person came out and I ended up having to get a new fridge. So, there is nothing for this business to do and no need to contact him. Thanks for looking into it.
