exception of the 2017 retails for $100.00 more. The customer is upset that his neighbor purchased the same machine on 3/3/2016 for the price of 5549.99. This machine retails for $6599.99 and is sold at the promo price of $5999.99. [redacted] received a discount of $150.00 off the promo price. The unit that was purchased by [redacted]s neighbor was sold over a year and four months ago at that time there were different programs in place from Dixie Chopper that allowed more room to work on the price. I gave [redacted] three quarts of oil and an oil filter to do his first oil change at no charge since I was not able to help any more on the price of the machine.

[Receipt, advertisement and salesman has the 2017 model all over it. Whether or not you would like to take it to court, documents shows what was paid for. Floor model and advertisement has all 2017 models, price is not a concern. It was a deliberate act of false advertisement. A car dealership would not advertise a 2017 and deliver a 2016 for MSRP. Also buying in middle of July of 2017 expecting to get a 2017 at a dealership, not a model from last year of 2016. Although, it is a lawnmower, I expect no different when receipt shows a 2017 2244KW vs 2244HP model.]
