[redacted] was suppose to pick up his clothes at the dry cleaner on Thursday July **,At 5:00P.M [redacted] came on July **,at 3:00PM which was two hours BEFORE ; the scheduled pickup time of 5:PM that his clothes were scheduled to be ready for pickup When he arrived he was told that the clothes were not ready for pickup at that particular time (because he arrived two hours before the scheduled pick up time.) but he was requested to return at 5:pm on the the same day which was July **, and he did not come back on that day for his clothesThe next day which was Friday July **, 2015; the store was closed only in the morning for the observance of the Muslim holiday morning prayerCustomers were notified prior to the store being closed that morning because I had a sign posted on the outside glass of the store all week notifying my customers that there would be a delay of the store being opened on Friday Ju ly **,due to the observance of the holidayThe business opened at 2:00PM and I called [redacted] to remind him to pick up his clothes which were prepared and I also informed him about the reason why I opened the store late that particular day [redacted] then came to the store and picked up his clothes shortly after I called him on Friday July **,

Review: I used this company's Dry cleaning services twice before; this is my third. I was promised a pick up date of Thursday, [redacted] July, 2015 at 5pm. I went to pick up my belongings and was told it wasn't available and was told to come back the next day. I went the next day(today, july, [redacted]) and the store was closed. I tried reaching out to them VIA phone call from the number printed on the pick up ticket and get no response.Desired Settlement: I want my clothes. I use it for business and appearance is a big part of my job. If this results in me having to buy new clothes; then I want to be refunded.
