was offered refund but when I said I was going to call Revdex.com it was rescended went to ahns on 6/i believe to get an alignment was told the price and was told to sign a waiver to do the work they did half the job after informing me that they could do it but ran into a siezed part on the other side so I was told it had to either be loosened or replaced got part replaced took car to get alignment and was told that the part was not put on correctly but for dollars more they could adjust and fix went back to prior mechanic and got old part and diagram to show them in fact it was on correctly was offered refund for trouble but when I said Revdex.com they rescended offer and said sue them

Refuse to give refund On May 11,I had my Ford Explore towed to Ahn's Auto Repair ShopThe truck shut off while driving and would not start againMr [redacted] the manager told me he could fix it so I left the vehicle thereAfter he had his guys look over the the truck Mr [redacted] called me and said it need a camshaft, position sensor bank, ignition speed sensor, four quart of oil, and a valve cover gasket and he assured me that this will get the truck running he said the cost to fix it would be $and it would take a day to fixOn May Mr [redacted] call me and said everything looks great the truck started and it's ready for pick upI gave Mr [redacted] the credit card number over the phone to pay for everything because I was not going to make it in time to pick the truck up before they close so he left the key in the truck for me to pick up later that eveningWhen we arrived the truck would not start so we had to leave it there at the shopThe following morning I called

I had an alignment done at their place of business and they called me a liar and said that I must of hit a pothole and would not realign it I had an alignment done last MondayI wasn't driving my car a lot and yes I was a little preoccupied with Christmas last weekMy husband noticed it onChristmas Eve and I called on MondayThey told me to bring my car in, so I didThen I got a call that you only have days to get it fixed and I must have hit a pothole because they would not have let it leave like thatSo one why did they not let tell me about the policy on the phone and two they called me a liarAlso, it is an alignmentIt does not cost them any parts, just fix it and make a customer happy

I am pleased to say that Ahns Auto repair gave me Great service at a Great price
I needed a Transmission input sensor installed
From six other auto shops Ahns Auto was the best deal with no tricks or surprises
Some shops would not install the part unless I bought it from them
Ahns could have order the part bit I already had it
Part was installed for the cost of labor
Car drives great
