I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I thank Judy for acknowledging in her letter
that they didn't repair my swing and will work with Rainbow and myself to get it repairedHowever, I never received a response from her insurance carrier and Rainbow to repair it yetThus, until my swing is repaired I want this case to remain open simply because of Stano's repeated lack of response to my calls, emails and texts since it "fell through the cracks" as they acknowledge.As far as my concerns about the lawn, the statement Judy made in the letter are not accurateThe Sales Manager *** ***, ignored any response to my calls, emails and texts to perform services to begin as a new clientHe never went out of his way to address my concerns or even perform any of the lawn care services that he had initially promised or even setup a contractI proactively paid an initial payment in good faith without a contract assuming that Dan would perform lawn services as he said he wouldI waited patiently calling and texting *** *** and the main office for two months wondering when services would begin and inquiring about a contact to ensure that all lawn need would be taken care of from Spring Cleanup, lawn care treatments, mowing and Fall Cleanup.I proactively contacted the office to inquire about beginning to perform lawn servicesI was always told they are backed up and I am on the list to be nextI never spoke to the lawn manager about where am I exactly on the list and what is the ETA and they never called me even though I repeatedly called the office*** *** never contacted me back to addres my concerns of the list or ETA or reached out to me ensure that lawn services finally started since I was still "on the list" as the office often statedI then became concerned two months later when Spring turned to Summer and I still hadn't received the spring cleanup, consistent weekly mows or continued maintenance of the treatments.I then asked to speak to the owner and was given JudyWhen I inquired with the owner Judy as to why I am repeatedly not receiving a response to my concerns and calls and I haven't heard from Dan the Sales Manager as he is ignoring meJudy assured me she would get to the bottom of thisShe told me she wasn't aware that *** *** was not my Sales Manager and that David now was.I asked Judy why wasn't I informed of the Salesperson David and never received a call from him yet regarding my concerns Judy didn't have an explanationI asked Judy why she didn't know I had David was my Sales Manager she just replied I don't know this information and that "I don't know everything" but said she would move right away to setup and begin promptly to address concerns; have David call me and properly begin all my lawn care needsYes, David did finally begin my lawn treatments that ended up started late(thus I wasn't getting done since the time past), spring cleanup was finally done in the summer(late again) and I finally had mowing started consistentlyI then inquired about the fact that my swing was still not repaired yet and the mowing is not being completed for the entire lawnI took video and pictures of the staff mowing only the middle in the backyard and mowing sparingly in the front yardI assumed they were being careful not to damage my swing anymore but I didn't understand why the front yard wasn't mowed that was no excuseI had David come out immediately after mowing was done so he could see it for himself and said he would address thisI reminded him that I had been waiting on my swing to be repaired and he said he would get to thisI was constantly was told it would be repaired, Tom and we are so backed up but would get to itI explained that I was concerned and didn't want the kids to play on it as condition it was in for safety, but to this day they have still never repaired I was frustrated that my kids couldn't go outside and play on their swing because the grass was high and the swing needed to be repairedMy husband was frustrated as he saw the work that Stano performed watching through the window as he recovered being home everyday the entire summer and can attest to the mowing not being done and I video taped it once as I happen to be home.I was once again constantly ignored when I requested a status of my swing and the mowing through calling the office, Sales Manager, letters to the office when I sent payment, texts and emailsSince I only received a prompt response with Judy back in the beginning of this journey, at this point I asked to speak to only Judy to resolve these concernsBut to my surprised Judy ignored me as well and only told me to speak to *** ***I reminded her that Dan ignored my emails, calls and texts and refused to address the concerns then and right now; thus going forward I only wanted to speak to herSince Judy ignored me as well I decided I will not send payment until my concerns are addressed about the grass not being mowed and the swing is till not yet repaired and at that point I didn't receive the third of the treatments for my lawn.
At this point, I deserve an apology and shown some goodwill from StanoI was paying for mowing and lawn treatments that was not adequately completed/done and my swing has still not been repaired.I want a phone call today from Judy or Tom to let me know that Rainbow has been contacted and my repair is scheduled to be completed and I deserve an apology as well as this letter implies they have provided impeccable service which was not accurate at all.I want my swing repaired immediately, today by Rainbow and that will put a close to this issue

I am unclear why she is alleging that she was not contacted by the insurance company. Their records show that they called and left a message on 3/30/and again on 4/10/18. On 4/11/they were going to follwith a letter. I have been assured that they will be ready to help her as soon as she contacts themIf she has questions, she can contact *** *** (317-975-6511) Claim #***. Our firm has been in business for over years and we do try to address our clients concerns, however, every now and then there are some client relationships that just do not work out.
