I called the business and spoke to***he stated that there was a mistake in the alterations and the customer was not charged to fix the pants since it was a mistake madeHowever, policy of the business is that any same day service is charged an additional dollarsthe customer became very upset
with the business and was told the charge would charged to have them that dayhowever, if the customer would like to called back and let the business know when he will come to the store he will refunded *** * dollars

Review: I returned my pants to Ahn's Cleaners for an error in the alteration of the length pants.The [redacted] stated,I would have to pay an extra $3.00 for them to be repaired on the same day of repair or no charge for next day repair.I explained to him that I was leaving town that night. I needed them to be repaired before closing on that day.I explained that the mistake was made by the tailor regarding the length.He wouldn't drop the $3.00 charge that I had to pay later that day.When I returned to pick the pants up, I requested to speak to the [redacted]. He stated,I'm the [redacted] and the charge stands. I told him his policy of this nature was unfair to me or any other customer for the tailors mistake.I talked very calmly and low tone to him. However, he evidently felt threaten and picked up the telephone to act as though he was calling the police/etc. I told him that I would wait for whomever, if a call was necessary.He stated, I didn't need to come back to his store. I told him that I wouldn't return and I would inform others of the poor customer service and policy.I felt that he was about to walk from behind the counter therefore I left the store.I don't know what his intentions would have been.Desired Settlement: My $3.00 extra payment!

However, policy of the business is that any same day service is charged an additional 3 dollars. the customer became very upset with the business and was told the charge would charged to have them that day. however, if the customer would like to called back and let the business know when he will come to the store he will refunded [redacted] dollars.

I went to pick up my cleaning and asked the clerk to press 2 jackets again as one was wrinkled on the pocket and the other jacket's collar was ironed so that it rested too high and looked bad. He took the first jacket to a woman who started talking (Chinese?)like she was mad about it but she did press it again. The second jacket ,the same thing. She was obviously not pleased. He brought it back and the collar was not right again and a 1/2 in. of the backing was showing. I said it was still off and he said "it's not going to be perfect" and that the last cleaners I took it to did it (how would he know?). I said I wasn't looking for perfection but that it was just corrected. I also said that he was not representing the Ahn's cleaners that I'd known and done business with in the past. His attitude remained. I told him with his attitude he was losing a customer. I paid him for the cleaning. He said he knew who his good customers were and who his bad customers were and that I had only spent $54 in the last few years and wasn't one of his good customers and he told me to leave. I left.
