Recently Aho Construction opened the wall on the outside of the house and added as much insulation as possible and then repaired the...

opening.  Our job supervisor contacted  [redacted] to see how the fireplace had been doing and he texted back "Better for sure"
 
As far as the drainage issue- this summer when the first complaint was received, two job supervisor looked at the situation and concluded that [redacted]’s neighbors yard slopes into his and the neighbor is over watering his yard causing excess water drainage on [redacted]’s property.  If and when this issue can/will be address is when the irrigation water is turned on.
