In response to your second letter...You had called us back on January 23rd and requested us to come out on the 24th due to no heat again. Our service tech was to your house first thing in the morning and found 1 of your 2 pumps not working, he is recommending you replace the pump that...

is not working in order for your unit work properly. Our Tech also found the display panel not working, reset and got it up and running for you. It is the recommendation of our service tech that the board/panel be replaced due to it being corroded from the mouse urine. Your system was running when we left, but we feel it will continue to be an issue with out replacing these two parts. We feel we have done everything we can get your system up and running with the least amount of expense to you. We reduced your first bill by not charging for a couple of the calls as well as giving you a 10% discount for your inconvenience for a total $474.09 ($342.00 in not billed labor and $132.09 10% discount). Like we have stated before, your unit had all the wires chewed up by mice as well as urine and fecal matter on the inside including boards, wires that were exposed which is a large reason why you are still having issues. This last call our tech spent another 3 hours working on your unit to get it running and we do understand your frustration, but we feel we have done everything in our power to get you heat.

I am rejecting this response because:
After the previous visit the boiler would turn on for a few seconds and then an error code would flash for a couple minutes.  I couldn't call the next day because it was a weekend, the following week I was sick and didn't have the energy to deal with it. By the time I was feeling well enough to call it had stopped working at all.  Whatever was done incorrectly at that time was corrected at the last visit because the error has stopped. I did not and would not have agreed to pay for the last visit since it was to correct a job that was not done correctly. If I was told I would be billed I would have gone with someone else.
