AHS Floor Care sold me a deal via Living Social for Sq foot Tile and Grout Cleaning for The technician arrived at my house and immediately said it would be an extra $because my floors are considered heavily soiledMy floors are not heavily soiled I clean them with a steam cleaner regularlyI declined the $up-sell for extra deep cleaning and asked the technician to just honor the original deal and clean with whatever they normally useHe declined and packed up his gear and left, without cleaning my floors at all! I have not received a refundI tried to call their main office but it turns out, the technician is actually the ownerThis is a one-two man showI do not believe this is a legitimate businessIt is a scam

At no time is it possible with our machine to damage groutThe customers tile and grout hadn't been cleaned in years which made his grout very saturated in stains and dirt hiding the original color of the groutHe informed me he was getting ready to sell his houseI showed him a test area of the acid wash before we proceededHe accepted the service which was noted on the invoice giving us permission to complete the job as we had showed himAs we were cleaning we noticed there were add ons to the tile in the houseThe color of the grout was matched to the dirty colored grout, not its original colorAll of the grout was cleaned properlyIt is the fault of the contractor who did not properly match the color of the grout when the new tile was addedAs soon as we noticed this the customer was informed and we showed him specifically the areasThe only fix to make the grout match is to color all of the grout the same colorWe informed the customer that we could give him an estimate and we also explained to him how he could do it himself to save money

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY advertising, promises and is a sham/ of a business There is NO physical address of this business, all online and the "owner" is *** who never answers the contact number, but must leave message He works out of *** *** and *** thru *** *** *** He will show up, give bid, be all professional and says he is licensed and bonded NO He also can not be contacted thru any media but the number on his online website and there this is a voicemail only I contacted him to bid my house for Saltillo tile cleaningI got bids as well *** came out and bid my job Good priceWell that's cause he is a rip off business Showed up minutes late first day Tells me within first hour he can't come back to finish the job for days Agreement was to come Monday and do sq ft of Saltillo tile cleaning of home, strip areas of traffic and kitchen area due to heavy dirt/soil, restain to match rest of tile in house, move furniture as needed, clean air ducts and dryer vent Worked all day in kitchen with his helper Neil (who is knows his job and should get his own business away from ***) and 'sorta' half assed cleaned the LvRm and FM Rm and by 4:is packing up for dayThen has a fit cause I mentioned as to color and we must stain floors now to match house and I get an ATTITUDE from *** as to this agreement and he leaves and tells me then he can't come back till MONDAY of next week......"due to what you don't like"...blah blah blah....how I have to go to Home Depot and find the color I want.....and how I am causing this issue...LONG STORY SHORT? I purchased a [redacted] voucher to have my mother's tile grout cleaned. They changed the appt. 2 times on her and the time on the day they finally did arrive. BUT here's the real problem. The person who came asked my mom if she would like to have the grout sealed. She thought he said $20 so she said yes. After it was done, he billed her for $200 and she paid it because she had agreed to it. I think the person should have verified she (86 years old and wears a hearing aid) understood it was $200. The cleaning and the sealing took less than 1 hour. My mother does not want me to complain as she agreed to have it done. She is much, much sweeter than I am currently feeling and I will complain to the company and [redacted]--not to mention the[redacted]. I feel she was really taken to the cleaners, literally and figuratively. Finally, I think $200 for sealing grout in a kitchen and hall is OUTRAGEOUS! My mom is out $200 but the company is fat and sassy. Shame on them!

Got great deal on [redacted] for tile and grout cleaning. Spent two days waiting for them to show up, when they rescheduled on me at the last minute, then showed up at the last minute of their 4 hours "time window".

When they arrived, they said it would be $400 additional dollars to clean because it was dirty. Why else would I want it cleaned, of course it was dirty. When I said no additional money, "[redacted]" said "you didn't read the voucher, of course it's not that cheap." He angrily dragged his equipment out of my home, scrapping my walls, and said I would get a refund. I called the company, and it went straight to recording.

When you advertise something you have no intention of honoring, that is a scam. It's dishonest, and frankly, thievery. My time and money have been stolen, so that's pretty much as bad a business as it gets.

First of all, my wife and I have only lived in the house for 6.5 years, and the tile was professionally cleaned once, without any color variations of the grout. When the sample grout cleaning was shown, it was wet. When it was wet, the color of the grout appeared to be all the same. Once it dried, the grout was severally discolored.  In one 12" line of grout, there were 2-3 severely different colors. One of the colors was an orangish/yellow color, our grout has always been brown. The company is supposed to be the professional.  I looked to their judgement as to the best cleaning for my flooring.  The most frustrating part, is I immediately called the company when the color issue arose upon drying, and the person answering the phone said he would come back to my home that day to look at the grout and tile.  When no one from the company came to the house within 3 hours, I called and left 3 messages. My wife left two messages on the company voice mail, no one from the company bothered to call back, or apologize.  This was unprofessional.  In addition, there was several areas, (not small spots) in which a waxy substance was left.

I purchased a [redacted] deal for $49 that had $190 promotional value for cleaning grout/tile up to 1,000 sq.ft. We clean our tile/grout on a regular basis at least once per year. AHS showed up and wanted to charge us an extra $120 for supposed heavy soiling. Our floors are not soiled but I still asked the tech if he could clean only some of the home's tile instead (we have 750 sq.ft. of tile total). He said no. He would not clean part of the house's tile only the whole house and only if we paid him his $120 ransom. I asked to speak to his supervisor as he starting packing up to leave. The tech would not give me his name (finally told me it was "[redacted]"), would not let me talk to his supervisor...AHS is a waste of time! Bait and Switch!! Wish I could attach the photos of our "heavily soiled" grout/tile as well as the pictures of the techs so you know who to avoid. Unbelievable...

I bought a deal for AHS floor cleaning for my son & daughter in law. It took a month to make an appointment which was fine. The night before the appointment AHS called to ask if they could come an hour early. Two hours later not a word. When my son called he got a text saying sorry I'm trying to get a babysitter. 3 hours later my son calls again. Another text comes through. Sorry dude it's not looking good. What kind of service is this? No calls, just texts, no sincere apologies or any effort to make it right. Would not recommend this business at all.

My floors are not heavily soiled I clean them with a steam cleaner regularly. I declined the $200 up-sell for extra deep cleaning and asked the technician to just honor the original deal and clean with whatever they normally use. He declined and packed up his gear and left, without cleaning my floors at all! I have not received a refund. I tried to call their main office but it turns out, the technician is actually the owner. This is a one-two man show. I do not believe this is a legitimate business. It is a scam.
