The one year service contract was signed - The contract clearly shows the dollar amount of each service and when those services would occur.(copy of signed contract was attached with first response) After the contract was signed and the technician showed up to treat the home the service technician went over the customer check listThe very first question is I understand this agreement is for a minimal period of One Year - 2nd question: I understand there will be Additional Services following todays initial serviceCost per service will be $- Question 3: I understand that Greenleaf Pest Control will return for the first regular service in days - the customer check list continues with more questionsThe first questions provide all the answers that Ms [redacted] is stating we did not explainThe check list is signed by Ms [redacted] , I also included it with the first response If Ms [redacted] felt "strong armed" by the sales man then why did she go over and sign the check list, why was the technician allowed to do the service, why did Ms [redacted] not contact the office? I don't know what else Greenleaf Pest Control could have done to make it very clear on how the service worked, pricing and scheduled dates We would be more than happy to continue with our part of the contract but if Ms [redacted] would like to cancel the contract the cancellation fee will apply per the contractAs far as not contacting Ms [redacted] , [redacted] has left several messages Also, the posting of select reviews does not change the above fact that a contract was signedWe also have over positive reviews and many more happy customersThank you,***

We are happy to resolve this issueWe had emailed [redacted] notification that we would be doing a service at her home on 08/14/at 10:pm and have a digital record of this email notification This service was performed on 08/23/at 12:pmWe were only able to treat the accessible front yard because there was a lock on her gate at the time of serviceWe emailed [redacted] a notification of this service and notated that we were only able to treat the front yardWe also called and left a voicemail that we were only able to treat the front yard and asked her to call us back so we could treat the backyard and insideAll our services all come with a warranty so we are happy to go back to [redacted] 's home and treat the backyard and inside at a time that would be convenient for herIf [redacted] would like to cancel her contract prior to fulfilling her one-year obligation, a $early termination fee will be assessed [redacted] will also be held legally responsible is she slanders or publishes statements that are damaging to our company reputation

The service technician showed up on the scheduled date of 7/3/The customer opened the garage door for the technician to treat inside the garageThe incident happened over the holiday weekend and when Mrs [redacted] called in to report what had happened the office was in the process of going over the paperwork from 7/3/ As soon as the office was made aware the information it was passed to the proper channels The information is now with the Insurance Company for review, the adjuster is in the process of contacting all parties involved to resolve the situation

I do not accept this responseThe salesman lied to me and said their products were safe, non-toxic and organic and posed no risk to my health as a cancer survivorI have received statements by other neighbors in my neighborhood on the Nextdoor app saying the salesman told them their pesticides were organic tooI was tricked into signing this contractI will not pay the $I am disputing the $for services never renderedThank you

We did nothing wrongWe have digital records to prove we have 100% fulfilled our obligationWe are willing to go back and spray her home again for free as she is still within her warranty periodWe are doing our part to resolve the issue, but the customer is not doing her part to let us resolve her issueIf she would like us to resolve her issue, she is welcome to contact us directly at [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:We are sorry there was any misunderstanding on what Ms*** understood when signing up for our serviceI've attached a copy of the contract that she signed that clearly shows the pricing and that it is indeed a one year contract. Ms *** signed the contract
with the salesman on May 20th 2015, she also included her credit card information signing to give us permission to run her card the business day prior to her scheduled service. Before the first initial treatment was performed the service technician went over the customer check list with Ms*** confirming she understood what she signed, the length of the contract, the amount of services she would receive and the price of those services. I've also attached a copy of that signed documentWe ran the $initial service amount on 5/20/and the day follow up amount of $on 6/18/(the business day prior to her service that was on 6/19/15)Her next payment per the contract will be when she is scheduled in September We will not be refunding either payment since the service was provided and we have the signed contractIf Ms*** wishes to cancel the service there will be, per the contract a $early cancellation fee that will be billed to herWe would be happy to keep providing pest control service to Ms*** according to the contract treatment scheduleShe can contact me at anytime if she has any questionsBest regards,*** *** ?

I am talking about the pest control and weed control my yard weeds all over spiders and ants and wasps all he did was ring the door bell and leave the invoice with out doing anythingI have been with you guys for almost years this is the last strawI almost want to trade this to court because I was home and saw him and so did my neighborMy new company is willing to testify in court how bad it was weeks ago and wet are still working on the infestationThe weeds are mostly pulled but the grass it's slowly dying

5/24/16: Full service rendered and only $of the $has been paid8/23/16: Full service was been renderedAttached is a copy of the service ticket showing the technician treated the front and back yard on 08/23/If *** would like us to come back out to his house and re-spray the house, we
will do so free of charge*** received a bill on 05/25/16, 06/01/16, 07/01/16, 08/01/He also received e-bills twice per month on top of his paper billThis account is pending collection status and will be sent to collection for non-payment for the service that still has not been paid from 05/24/We are happy to re-spray the yard to resolve this, but this account will be sent to an outside collection agent if the balance owing is not paid by 10/17/Also, this customer also has a weed account with us that has an unpaid service ticket from 4/26/that will also be sent to collections on 10/17/It would be wise for customer to pay his bill and finish his contract to avoid early termination and collection fees on top of what he already owes our companyAll our services come with 100% service warranty so if there are any issues with pests or weeds, we are always happy to come back and spray again for freeWe will not refund this customer their money backWe would love to fix the customers issue and resume services

As I have stated above the salesman lied about the price and the contract I still have pest even after my place was sprayed, and they only sprayed the outside and I have more insects now then I did before they came. I explained to the salesman that I am a renter of the residence. I may not even be here for a full year. I was lied to about what I would be paying and the amount that was taken out of my account was not not quarterly and the wrong price. The salesmen they have lie and he was told by myself that I did not want to be under a contract. I tried to call on 6/26/and the woman on the phone kept telling me *** was on the phone and she would call me back later which I knew was and the call was never returned. The company is mad at me for filing a complaint on them so they will not return or take any of my calls at this point I know I am being retaliated on the company knows they are ripping people off and are planning to charge me dollars for canceling their terrible service. Most of all the reviews they have on yelp are terrible I will I have read them first. I have added some so you can see some of them. I am also adding the link to all the bad reviews this company has. I would like a refund

Cost per service will be $90.00 - Question 3: I understand that Greenleaf Pest Control will return for the first regular service in 30 days -  the customer check list continues with 4 more questions. The first 3 questions provide  all the answers that Ms. [redacted] is stating we did not explain. The check list is signed by Ms. [redacted],  I also included it with the first response.  If Ms. [redacted] felt "strong armed" by the sales man then why did she go over and sign the check list, why was the technician allowed to do the service, why did Ms. [redacted] not contact the office? I don't know what else Greenleaf Pest Control could have done to make it very clear on how the service worked, pricing and scheduled dates.  We would be more than happy to continue with our part of the contract  but if Ms. [redacted] would like to cancel the contract the cancellation fee will apply per the contract. As far as not contacting Ms. [redacted], [redacted] has left several messages.  Also, the posting of select reviews does not change the above fact that a contract was signed. We are happy to re-spray this customers home for free. All services are guaranteed.  Please have the customer call our office at ###-###-#### to schedule a free re service.

I will continue to fight this and file a complaint with the Arizona attorney generals office as well as contact 3 on your side.

 My understanding is that both parties have apologized, we have been out to do a re-service, we followed up with a call to make sure things have been resolved (left a voicemail) and we have not heard back. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to resolve this.

Our services are warrantied, so if you have problems in between regular scheduled visits, we will come back and re-spray for free. If you were having problems, you should have called us so we could come back and fix it. You're complaint is about a pest service that was done on Aug, 23 2016; this was almost two months ago. Why is this issue only now coming to our attention? Bottom line, we warranty our services. If you want us to come back a re-spray, we will do that. We will not be refunding for any services and customer will be accountable for finishing his contract or he will be assessed early termination fees. If this is not addressed by 10/17/16, he will be sent to collections. He is extremely past due on his pest and weed accounts.
