This particular customer complained that the orchids when received had cold damage and wanted a refund for all but one of the orchids ordered. It was explained that refunds were usually only provided when adequate shipping is usedi.esecond day delivery as stated on our web site. This
customer chose home ground delivery which normally takes 4-days during winter…however a refund was issued
Now the orchid in question, MonnBlack Magic ‘Witchcraft’ does not break dormancy until the first part of May. Therefore any reimbursement up until now would be premature
I have old over of this hybrid and have no complaints for anyone other than this person

Second, it was not clear on the website (it was probably in the fine print buried somewhere on the website) that only second-day shipping would guarantee cold damages. This fact was only made clear to me after I have received the damage plant.
I am very disappointed that only going through Revdex.com that the seller is being responsive about my complaint on this plant.
